These terms explain the role of eSIMzo when you use our travel eSIM comparison website. eSIMzo is operated by [insert current legal operator name]. You can contact us at partner@esimzo.com or 6 Smart Street, Manchester M12 4NX, United Kingdom.
eSIMzo brings plan details and local-network information together to help you compare travel eSIM options. We do not sell the plans listed on this site. When you select a plan, you buy from the provider and enter into a separate agreement with that provider.
We work to keep plan information accurate, but prices, data allowances, validity, covered destinations, network partners and restrictions can change. Confirm the final price, taxes or fees, activation rules, fair-use limits, hotspot support and refund terms on the provider's checkout page. Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked for another provider.
Coverage guidance and published network benchmarks help you understand local operators. They are not a promise that a specific travel eSIM will connect at a particular address or reach a stated speed. Results vary with location, device, congestion, roaming arrangements and plan limits. Our Sources and Corrections page explains how these figures are sourced.
The provider handles payment, activation, service and refunds under its own terms. Contact the provider first if you have a problem with a purchased plan. If an eSIMzo page led you to expect something different, email partner@esimzo.com with the page and plan details so we can investigate and correct the comparison.
Some provider links may earn eSIMzo a commission if you buy. Commission does not determine the default order of plans in our comparison list. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for the full explanation.
Reviews must describe genuine first-hand use. Do not impersonate someone else, invent an experience, hide a benefit received for posting or include someone else's private information. We may moderate reviews for authenticity, relevance, spam, unlawful content and privacy. Genuine negative reviews are welcome. Read our Traveler Review Policy for how reviews are checked and how to report a concern.
You may use eSIMzo for your own travel planning and link to our pages. Please do not reproduce substantial parts of our content or data without permission, misstate our findings or present third-party network benchmarks as speed tests conducted by eSIMzo.
We may update the site to fix errors or maintain it. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions about these terms, email partner@esimzo.com. Last updated: [actual publication date].
