How traveler reviews work on eSIMzo

A plan table cannot tell you everything. A traveler can describe whether activation went smoothly, whether the connection worked on arrival and whether the plan's limits were clear. We want those accounts to reflect real experiences, good or bad.

Who can submit a review?

Submit a review only if you used the plan or provider yourself. Tell us the provider and plan, where and approximately when you used it, and what happened. Do not submit an invented or AI-generated account presented as first-hand use. If you received a free plan, discount or other benefit connected to the review, disclose it.

How do we check reviews?

Our recommended launch process is to confirm the submitter's email address, screen for duplicate or suspicious submissions, and manually review every submission before publication. Where needed, we may ask for limited evidence of purchase or use. We never ask for passwords, payment-card details or an eSIM activation QR code.

[Implement and document the actual process before publishing this paragraph.]

Which reviews are published?

We publish genuine, relevant reviews whether positive or negative. We do not allow providers to suppress reviews they dislike. We may reject or remove spam, fabricated experiences, unlawful content, personal information or material unrelated to the plan. If we edit a review to protect privacy or improve readability, we do not change its meaning or sentiment.

What does “Verified” mean?

We use a “Verified” label only when we have checked evidence under the published verification process. An email confirmation alone does not prove that someone used a plan. Reviews that have not met that standard should be labeled “Traveler-submitted.” If we show an average rating, it is calculated from reviews that meet this policy; provider payments do not change it.

How can I report a review?

Email partner@esimzo.com with a link to the review and an explanation of the concern. If your own review needs a correction or removal, contact us from the email address you used when submitting it. We will investigate and correct or remove material that does not meet this policy. Last updated: [actual publication date].
